Post Sales Support Technical Specialist - LMS International

Job Specific tasks:

• Provide First line support for UK & Northern Europe customers with respect to the AMESim platform
• Ensure customer questions are dealt with efficiently and manage the technical post sales relationship to successful conclusions
• Motivate and inspire customers to tackle complex simulations
• Interface with Product Management to ensure market requirements are captured and included within the Product Creation Process
• Perform, manage and deliver consulting projects for existing customers that are outside the scope of SLA's

Some European travel will be required from time to time. Reporting to either Leuven or Coventry office.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

• Utviklings- og konstruksjonsarbeid på selskapets produkter
• Prosjektgjennomføring
• Oppfølging av selskapets produksjon hos underleverandører
• Benytte selskapets QA verktøy
• Oppstart (commisioning) av selskapets produkter/anlegg og brukeropplæring

Kvalifikasjoner:

• Du er ingeniør med spesialisering innenfor marin / maskin
• Du har erfaring med å utvikle mekaniske konstruksjoner
• Kjennskap til hydrauliske systemer er en fordel
• Team player that will contribute and play key role within a multidisciplinary and co-located team
• Du har gode engelsk kunnskaper både skriftlig og muntlig

Personlige egenskaper:

• Du har lyst og evne til å arbeide selvstendig og i team
• Du er nøyaktig og detaljfokusert
