I am a Professor of Business Administration and a member of the KITE Research Group as well as the EPOK Research Group at the Department of Management and Engineering, Linköping University. My recent research focuses on the following subjects: (i) project organization and management, (ii) project-based firms, (iii) group level processes of knowledge creation and integration, (iv) knowledge transfer processes in replicating firms. Most of my teaching is conducted within two courses, entitled Management Control and Project, People and Processes.
